Dr. Pankaj Verma

Senior Consultant Internal Medicine

Dr. Pankaj Verma is a highly skilled Consultant Physician with extensive experience in various medical fields, including Rheumatology, Diabetes, Obesity & Hypertension, Tuberculosis, Infectious Disease, and Liver Diseases. He is currently the Head of Department of Integrative Medicine at Rajasthan Hospital, Jaipur, and has previously held positions as a Consultant Physician at HCG Hospitals Jaipur and C.K. Birla Hospital, Jaipur, as well as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Govt Medical College, Kota.


Dr. Verma has an impressive educational background, holding an MBBS from AIIMS, New Delhi, an MD in Medicine from PGIMER Chandigarh, a Fellowship in Diabetes from the UK, and a PGC in Rheumatology from the USA. He is also a certified BLS and ACLS provider, an AUTLS and BECC instructor, and a certified Critical Care Ultrasound Instructor.

Dr. Verma’s professional experience includes managing close to 100 (OPD) and 30 (Ward) patients, providing emergency care in medicine and trauma centers, and working in various clinics such as the Obesity, Diabetes & Hypertension Clinic, Chest Clinic, Infectious Disease and Sleep Clinic, Rheumatology Clinic, and Psychotherapy Clinic. He has also conducted research on topics such as High sensitivity troponins, BECC impact, Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI) Protocol, and Retrospective Gender-based analysis.


Dr. Verma has participated in various academic programs and CME credits, including workshops, conferences, and certificate courses, such as Pulmocrit 2016, CPLD-2015, Rheumatology Update 2015, and Writing a Scientific Paper. He has also been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation in the 6th Annual Conference of the Indian Society for Trauma and Acute Care (ISTAC- TRAUMA-2013) for his contributions to the field of ultrasound research.
